When Hosted Network launched in 2003, the company started as an MSP and faced many other MSPs' challenges. While Hosted Network’s take on JARVIS doesn’t have the Hollywood tech that powers superheroes and their suits, it still has powers of its own. can do in the MCU, comic fans can only hope that Janice Lincoln and others in possession of such technology are putting it to good use instead of wasting it on petty squabbles and trivial matters. When Hosted Network developed the JARVIS system (otherwise known as Just A Rather Very Intelligent System), there was a not-so-subtle reference to the AI system developed by Tony Stark in Iron Man. Considering everything readers have seen that JARVIS and his fellow A.I.

Tony Stark's technology is the new Apple store for Marvel's Earth and even advanced tech supervillains have difficulty matching their tech to Iron Man's. The Beetle certainly has Tony's attitude, blasting memorable tongue-in-cheek music that would certainly end up on the soundtrack of an MCU movie. Unlike other tech supervillains like the Tinkerer who are talented enough to make their own gadgets, Janice would rather go out and buy her own personal voice control, which ties into her tough but somewhat rich girl backstory. Janice has not only hooked up her Siri to her suit but that she's also using a cheap Iron Man tech knock-off instead of making one herself. While the issue continues to explore the pros and cons of this unlikely relationship along with its other storylines, the hilarity comes in how this JARVIS tech is being used by the Beetle. When Janice can't stand her father literally ripping apart her room anymore, she suits up and flies out, asking Siri to play " Papa Don't Preach" by Madonna as her exit song. Both adults respond in a similar fashion, verbally condemning the relationship and calling for them to end it. In Amazing Spider-Man #63 by Nick Spencer and Federico Vicenti, Janice finds herself in an uncomfortable situation when her rekindled romance with Randy Robertson is revealed to their parents, Robbie Robertson and Lonnie Lincoln who've been enemies for years. RELATED: How JARVIS Showed Iron Man’s Biggest Problem After being incarcerated, she joined Boomerang's version of the Sinister Six and even helped organize the Syndicate, a criminal enterprise dedicated to supporting female supervillains and their place in organized crime. With a new set of armor, Janice became the Beetle to battle Captain America. Created by Ed Brubaker and Mitch Breitweiser, Janice Lincoln is the daughter of famous gangster and often Spider-Man villain Lonnie Lincoln aka Tombstone. Although originally created in Iron Man #53 (2002), F.R.I.D.A.Y reappeared in Invincible Iron Man #1 where she has proven useful to both Tony and others like Mary Jane Watson. A version of this program was available to Peter Parker in Spider-Man: Homecoming, all portrayals voiced by actress Kerry Condon. assistant whom he called F.R.I.D.A.Y in Avengers: Age of Ultron. He was eventually used in the creation of the sentient cyborg Vision and Tony was later seen talking to a new A.I. was the cheeky yet reliable program that provided quotable dialogue and input as Tony Stark went from spoiled billionaire to beloved superhero. Voiced by actor Paul Bettany, J.A.R.V.I.S. Tony's tech inspires its own copycats and competitors who'd gladly sell low-grade tech that would allow users similar abilities as the famous Avenger as seen by the Beetle who uses it in a very MCU fashion. Although Agent Carter later showed the real Edwin Jarvis who would be the inspiration for Tony's famous voice in his ear, this idea would eventually make its way from the big screen to the comics as one of Marvel's attempts to connect two of its most successful platforms. When it came time for his MCU debut, the longtime Avengers butler and caretaker Edwin Jarvis was reimagined as a sarcastic A.I. Warning! Spoilers to Amazing Spider-Man #63 below!
